About Talent Observer
Talent Observer is a trade publication covering talent strategy and workforce planning, written for CHROs, talent acquisition leaders, and workforce planning and people executives.
We are interested in one thing above all: what the people actually doing this work have learned from doing it. Most of what gets published about talent and human resources is written at a distance, from the outside. We would rather ask the person who ran the project, absorbed the cost of the wrong decision, and had to explain the result to their board. That is why original interviews sit at the center of our coverage rather than at the edges of it.
Our readership is global and syndicated, and includes professionals at Fortune 500 companies and leading organizations across talent and human resources. What we want to give them is a useful place to learn from their peers, and to give the experts we interview a credible platform for the experience they have earned.
How Talent Observer is supported
Talent Observer is sponsored by Siira. Rather than relying on display advertising or a reader paywall, the publication is supported by a single company with a strong connection to the industry we cover, and we disclose that plainly so readers and contributors know how the work is funded. The articles and interviews are independently produced by the Talent Observer editorial team of journalists and editors.
